Job Description:

You would be leading fence installation crews to install fences with professionalism, quality, and efficiency. You will also be managing labor teams by organizing projects, assigning tasks, and training. 

​

Responsibilities:

​

• Meet with customers before installation to confirm project details and resolve open questions

• Review finished projects with customers to ensure that expectations were met and establish a punch list if necessary

• Inspect materials and tools daily so that teams have what they need for a successful installation

• Partner with a salesperson to understand client expectations and to provide feedback on questions from the estimation process

• Partner with office staff to confirm jobs are prepared and ready for installation

• Coordinate warranty and repair work

• Maintain a positive and healthy work environment for crews, customers, and other partners

Qualifications:

• Established 2-3 years of fence installation experience

• Proven supervisory experience

• A valid driver's license and a clean driving record

• Successful background check

• Reliable transportation to and from the warehouse

• Physical fitness for heavy lifting and working in all types of weather

• Attention to detail and quality

• Focus on customer service and satisfaction

• Strong organization and time management skills
